About Our Practice
Our dual functioning, freerunning facility will provide a unique workout experience for everyone ages 3 and up! Along with our ninja/parkour classes, we will also be offering kickboxing, self defense, and a variety of other fitness programs.

Coach Matt and Miss Jen are so excited to announce that classes will begin Monday, August 16th!
Registration will be on Sunday, August 15th from 12:00 - 2:00. If you can not make it to this registration, you can always do so on your child's first day of class!
